Sunset over Hamworthy Beach
There was a fantastic sunset last week, and fortunately we were down there having a walk and saw it unfold. When the tide is out there are lots of pools teeming with little fish that are perfect for reflecting the sunset.

Bluebell Woods
The bluebells down at Pamphill look fantastic, though you'll definitely have to choose your timing carefully - hordes of people are visiting at the moment!

The Waiting Room
Laura sat in the waiting room at Corfe Castle Station. It's like stepping back in time walking into this room (apart from the CCTV camera!)

Old Harry - The Sea Floor
Thanks to Dad realising that low tide is really low at the moment, on Sunday we had an expedition walking all the way round the cliff base from Studland to Old Harry Rocks. It was an amazing experience seeing the rocks and cliffs from a different perspective, just a shame it clouded over at the crucial moment!

Tree Silhouette
I went out for a walk along the local river this lunchtime on a glorious day. Definitely pining (boom boom!) for spring!

The Postman
It should really be a baker's delivery boy pushing his bike but a postman will do! This is an unusually quick turnaround for me - it usually takes me months to get round to processing pictures! We went to Shaftesbury today and while the missus was being pampered I took the opportunity to walk around the town taking photographs. I've just bought a Contax Zeiss 35-70 3.4 lens and I'm really pleased with the results so far.
Canon 5D, CZ 35-70, ISO 640 (unfortunately!)
Please view on black.

Holes Bay Night
I went over to the Holes Bay road with some ideas, as it was a lovely misty evening. The place was deserted and a huge bank of mist/fog/sea fret was rolling in off the sea but the stars above were perfectly clear. Ghostly me is in the distance :)

The Stuff of Nightmares
This is a house in an abandoned village on a precarious cliff top in Oman. I would love to have spent more time wandering round because it was an amazing and photogenic place. It's really dark in these houses, and very creepy! There are loads of dark recesses, discarded rubbish, and long cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There are also lovely wall paintings as well - there is one beside the door in this photo.
Please view on black!

The Market Seller
Walking around the biggest souk in Muscat was a real eye opener, with it's amazing narrow maze-like streets full of small shops. I was brave enough to ask one of the sellers to pose for a photograph and am really pleased with the result.
